Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise provides a full version of Office.If you do not have an "Office Updates" section, you will need to remove the current version before installing Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise from the Office Portal. If you have an "Office Updates" section, your version was installed from the Office Portal.
To verify your version, open an Office Application, Click on File > Office Account.
Microsoft does not recommend nor support the installation of mixed versions of Office on a Windows based computer. Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is available in a 32-bit and a 64-bit version. Microsoft recommends that users deploy the 32-bit version, even on computers using 64-bit operating systems. Users with Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise running on Windows 7 devices will continue to receive security updates until January 2023.
